Town Square & central Southlake
The most walkable version of Southlake, with civic life and shopping close by. Expect smaller lots or attached options in select pockets and more activity around events.

Southlake combines large-home neighborhoods, polished public spaces, major shopping and unusually strong recreation with fast access to SH 114 and DFW Airport. The city looks seamless from the outside; the smart move is to compare lot character, road access and school boundaries one address at a time.
Southlake sits west of DFW Airport between Grapevine, Westlake, Keller and Trophy Club. SH 114 is the regional lifeline, while Southlake Boulevard, Carroll Avenue, White Chapel and Davis Boulevard shape everyday movement.
Town Square gives Southlake a recognizable center for civic life, dining and shopping. Outside it, the city becomes lower-density quickly: custom homes, established subdivisions, acreage remnants and carefully planned commercial corridors.
Airport access is excellent by suburban standards. Dallas and Fort Worth are both reachable, but neither commute should be judged from a Sunday map estimate.
These are useful search areas, not promises about a specific property. Boundaries, services and listing labels can overlap, so verify every address.

Established master-planned living with golf, mature landscaping and neighborhood amenities. Compare HOA structure, renovation level and golf-course exposure.

Larger lots and a more rural visual character in places, plus better nature access. Trips to daily retail take longer than they appear on a map.
Useful toward Westlake, Trophy Club and Roanoke, with a mix of custom communities and established homes. Test SH 114 access and school assignment.
Strong DFW Airport and Grapevine access. Aircraft patterns, major-road proximity and commercial activity should be experienced in person.
